At 2 special tape sharpening and 2 polishing act ions with a cycle time by 18 seconds approx. 160 coil caps per hour are processed. While the heading outline with thread waste is only polished, the coat scope under rejection of the cam is sharpened and polished. Since the outside diameter must become polished within a given dimensional tolerance, takes place to the 6. Station an automatic  workpiece measurement with display with tolerance value exceeding. Loading and unloading in the 1. Station takes place by means of double lever grip arms. For the fully  automatic operational sequence the top plate machine with a sort magazine (capacity of 600 workpieces) is equipped, buffering pufferstrecke as well as a chicanery mechanism for the topographical positioning of the workpieces
