Sand off the dead heads at malleable cast iron balls
For sharpening the dead heads at casting balls for cement mills a
top plate grinding machine blank 1.2/6 is used, which is equipped with 2 sharpening units. As tools ceramically bound grinding wheels diameters 500 mm and 50 mm are used broad for v =
45 m/sec. The casting balls with 0 50-110 mm have a chrome
proportion of 12 - 15% (hardness 40 Rc). Per hour 450 balls of middle diameter will strengthen with dead head diameter 20 mm, height 5 - 20 mm polished.
Precision grinding of the rear sides of record stencils
On top plate - grinding machine RT 1.2/4 will with 2 tape
sharpening units (sharpening tapes grain 240 and 400) record stencils from nickel on the rear side evenly and smoothly polished, in order to ensure their perfect edition on
the pressing temple. The stencils become strained on vacuum chucks. Per hour so approx. 100 LP stencils (diameter 300 mm, stencil thickness 0.23 mm) become polished
Deburr from worm gears from brass
On a top plate sharpening and a brushing machine blank 1.2/5
worm gears with diameter 108-445 mm are deburred. The primary burr of milling is deburred at the
stations 2-4 by means of sharpening tapes (K 120); the secondary burr developing thereby becomes to the 5. Station with a filled nylon brush (Korfil) removes. Per hour 140 worm gears with 220 mm in diameter are deburred.
