For working larger quantities respecttively long or heavy components, an automatic infeed and outfeed equipment can be used. This comprises magazine, separating and infeed into the working stations as well as outfeed and depositing on an unloading table.

The components are put on the loading table(e.g. by means of the work’s crane) and because of the slight inclination of the table plate they roll against several separating discs of the infeed roller way. These discs are mounted to a shaft and take up the components one by one, revolve them around the shaft and deposit them on the roller way.Caused by the V-profile of the diabolo rollers the workpieces are centered for the infeed into the main machine. The feed speed can be varied by continous adjustment of the rollerspeed.

An automatic working bundle of tubes hopper can be connected with the loading equipment for mass production (picture 5).
