A simple and compact in- and outfeed equipment with belt
conveyor system is suitable for tube diameters up to 40mm and short bars (pictures 6-8).
Using this system the pieces are put onto an
inclined table too and assigned by separating disks. However the infeed happens via a synthetic transport belt of continuously adjustable speed. The rhythm of assignment is controlled by
proximity switch on the infeed side of the machine. It actuates the pneumatic pivot drive of the separating disks after a workpiece passage (picture 7).
Having reached the outfeed conveyor the workpieces are rolled
into a depositing through by a bumper or a pneumatic slide, which is controlled by a second proximity switch on the outfeed side (picture 8).
